KORETECHS is a Graphical User Interface-based, quantitative, biological image analysis software platform enabling the detection and dynamic monitoring of cellular and cortical fluorescence signals.

KORETECHS is freely available for non-commercial use under the GNU General Public License and can be accessed here below.

KORETECHS was developed and runs in MATLAB® (The MathWorks, Inc., Natick, MA), and will run under any operating system supporting MATLAB, notably Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

The User Guide can be downloaded in PDF format and contains an exhaustive description of the various functions of the software and data handling.

The KORETECHS Package, which includes the Matlab Source Code and a copy of the User Guide, can be downloaded by completing a short form.
